5. I am not a MaxGames member. Can I play multiplayer games on MaxGames?

Yes, the multiplayer games are available for both MaxGames members and non-members. However, there will be different charges for non MaxGames members. Check out the charges here.

6. How do I subscribe to MaxGames multiplayer games?

7. I have forgotten my password, how do I retrieve it?

8. How many points do I get if I’m in the top ten?

9. I am ranked number 1 in a tournament and have been awarded points. What can I do with the points?

The top 10 players in every tournament will be awarded with tournament points which they can accumulate to redeem their favorite gift items. There is no expiry date for the points collected.

10. What gifts can I redeem from tournament points?

Logon to MaxGames from your mobile phone and browse the Gift Shop. Alternatively, click here to redeem gifts online.

11. I have received an SMS notifying me that my ranking has dropped. Will this continue every time I join a tournament?

Only players in top 10 ranks will receive notification SMS. Players ranking 11 and onwards will not be receiving any messages.

12. How does club tournament work?

For every tournament game, there will be 2 tournaments running concurrently; Individual & Club. If you are playing a tournament game, the score you upload not only goes to individual ranking but also contributes to your default club. Therefore, active members in a tournament will also determine the ranking position of their clubs.

13. How do I un-subscribe to MaxGames?
